DAY 7







Measurements:-
Weight: 11st 8lb
Chest: 37.75"
Shoulders: 45.75"
Waist: 31.5"
Hips: 42.5"
Thighs: L: 26.25" R: 25.75" / L: 20.25" R: 20"
Calf: L: 15.25" R: 15"
Arms: L: 12.5" R: 12.25
As you can see, more changes. It was a "relavively" short workout today - primarily quads with some core thrown in. I sat in the steam room at the gym after my workout - it was BLISS! When I got home I was feeling really good but as the day has passed I'm having a really FAT day....I don't mean I've been stuffing my face all day I just feel FAT! I've thought about what I've eaten today and I've been very "clean" and I'm not feeling bloated - just FAT! Hey ho.....I'm sure it will pass and I'll be fine again tomrrow so, until then.....BE YOUR BEST!
