DAY 10






Measurements:-
Weight: 11st 8lb
Chest: 37"
Shoulders: 44"
Waist: 31.25"
Hips: 42.5"
Thighs: L: 26" R: 25.5" / L: 20.75" R: 20.25"
Calf: L: 15.25" R: 15"
Arms: L: 12.25" R: 12"
Again, my measurements seem to be somewhat erratic but are gradually calming down. I really enjoyed today's workout - I'm feeling really strong at the moment and look forward to each workout. It's late, I'm pooped so, until tomorrow.....BE YOUR BEST!
