DAY 9

Calf: 15.25" R: 15"
Arms: L:12" R: 12.2"
My measurements are bouncing around again - and my weight is the same AGAIN! Well, at least it's not going up! We had a relatively gentle day today but we've a BIG day tomorrow so I'm off to get some rest. Until tomorrow.....BE YOUR BEST!

DAY 8

My measurements seem to be calming down a little now and my weight hasn't changed for 3 days - I don't know if that's good or bad and I'm hoping to lose some more. So I'll just keep on plugging, doing the workouts that the Mad Genius tells us to and following the ED.
My quads are singing nicely today after yesterday's workout - so goodness only knows how they'll feel tomorrow - and my arms feel about as strong as wet cottonwool after today's workout, all in all tomorrow should be interesting to say the least!

DAY 7

As you can see, more changes. It was a "relavively" short workout today - primarily quads with some core thrown in. I sat in the steam room at the gym after my workout - it was BLISS! When I got home I was feeling really good but as the day has passed I'm having a really FAT day....I don't mean I've been stuffing my face all day I just feel FAT! I've thought about what I've eaten today and I've been very "clean" and I'm not feeling bloated - just FAT! Hey ho.....I'm sure it will pass and I'll be fine again tomrrow so, until then.....BE YOUR BEST!

DAY 5

Again, some stats have changed (up and down) and some have stayed the same. I've been advised that things should settle down at about the 10 day mark.
I can't belive we're 5 days in already! I'm really enjoying the training even though I think I'm probably pushing, pulling and lifting the lightest weitghts of all us MIM-ers but I keep telling myself that as long as I'm giving it 100% then that's just fine and if I keep at it, I WILL get results.
Again, no real problems with the ED which makes me worry that I'm doing it wrong perhaps.....but I re-read it today and I think I'm on track with that too.
Today's workout - primarily chest and shoulders (with a gazillion ball ab curls at the end!) - has totally wiped me out so I'm off to bed in order that I can best put my clients through their paces tomorrow before I face the Day 6 workout so, until next time.....BE YOUR BEST!

More changes but in different places! It's really weird to see this written down as it seems to be happening so quickly - either that or my measureing skills are rubbish!
Anyway, I'm really enjoying the process even though I feel as if I've been thrown down some very steep, very hard stairs!

DAY 3

So, here we are at Day 3. I'm another pound down in weight - fab! - and half an inch down on my hips - double fab!
Today's workout was all about quads, chest and back - with some core thrown in for good measure! I was comepletely numb for a while afterwards but now ALL my muscles are singing, unfortunately, however, not in harmony!
I feel like the ED is going well - no problems so far. I'm missing my morning coffee but not feeling any ill effects....yet. Maybe I'm getting my "hit" from all the hot water with ginger I'm drinking - it certainly perks me up first thing in the morning.
Can't wait to see what the mad genius has in store for us tomorrow.
