DAY 28






Measurements:-
Weight: 11st 7lb
Chest: 38"
Shoulders: 44.5"
Waist: 31.5"
Hips: 42.25"
Thighs: L: 25.75" R: 25.75 / L: 20.25" R: 20"
Calf: L: 15" R: 15"
Arms: L: 12.5" R: 12.25"
Well, here we are at the end of the 28 days. My stats have been up and down but not really moving that much. I must admit I hoped/thought I would have changed more but hey ho - maybe I was doing something wrong.....
The main thing I have gained is strength. I am now pushing, pulling and lifting more weight and for longer, too. So it's all to the good.
Bring on the next challenge - that's what I say!
